This item worked as needed. I would recommend. The only issue I had was the shipping time, took a week to arrive and
I refer to this as a 35" barn door hardware based on the maximum door width that will work with this hardware.
The hardware is sturdy and appears to be well made. The rolling bearing wheels are equipped with quiet bearings that have good fitment with no excessive play/movement. The mounting hardware is more than adequate to hold a 35" door.
The barn door hardware arrived in a box so small that I didn't first realize it was the barn door hardware. The hardware was well packaged, came with good instructions, the only thing I could have preferred is that the 6' 6" wall rails were longer pieces. The length of the rails allowed for packaging in a small box.
This will make mounting a little more cumbersome and time consuming. My intentions are to buy longer rail pieces and cut them to size, and drill out the holes to mount them with the included hardware.
Even with buying the long rail which will change the maximum width of the barn door over 35", this is still a good buy.

The hardware itself is great. It's moderate duty, which will work for any residential application, and even some business applications. The finish is good, I like the satin black. It's machined well, no blemishes.
The bearings on the rollers are just ok - not great, but not bad. I don't anticipate any problems. However, the pivot points that attach to the bifolds do not have bearings, they just pivot on a lock nut and are a bit rigid. This makes opening and closing the doors a bit clunky, particularly because there is no bottom track.
In terms of installation, I only had one outstanding question - how close to the ceiling can you mount this thing. They say the minimum clearance is 5 1/8 inches, but you can actually do it with just 4 inches.
This is intended to attach to a wall above a door, but we are creating a divided room. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I can just build a small beam and create a room divider with it.
Also keep in mind, the closer to the ceiling you have this, the more likely you'll have gaps under the bifold doors as well. And when creating a room divider like me, you'll have that 4-5 inch gap on top.
Overall it's a thumbs up, a neat versatile idea for wider doorways.
