On website CCJH stated that shipping was free as my order was over $300. But this was NOT true. Shipping was over $100 plus a $60 customs free.
I did know about the extra shipping charge in the shopping cart and accepted it. But custom fee was a surprise.
I'm very pleased with both the handle and the floor guide. They're professional looking and compliment our door very nicely!
Ordered 15 days ago and still have not received product.
Excellent product, was short of a couple of runners but these were dispatched the next day, fantastic service, will use again and will highly recommend .
