Returned item, did not get my money back , won’t answer my calls , Emails or chats . Calling my credit card. I’ll have them dispute . And yes. I have verification that they received the item back .

On website CCJH stated that shipping was free as my order was over $300. But this was NOT true. Shipping was over $100 plus a $60 customs free.
I did know about the extra shipping charge in the shopping cart and accepted it. But custom fee was a surprise.
I'm very pleased with both the handle and the floor guide. They're professional looking and compliment our door very nicely!
