It's been few years since we've had our ccjh barn door installed. Since then it has started dragging on the front corners. I have attempted this year to contact ccjh about how to correct this, hoping that there is some adjustment on the hardware that can be made.The person who responded apologized for not responding quicker but they were new to the position, they asked me to send photos of the door and hardware. I have sent video and photos 2 times now and still no solution has been forthcoming. Yeah its been a few years and they got their money and so we are not a priority. Well, after about a month we gave up, took the doors off and shaved some wood off the bottom of the doors. Working good again,
